The PMC-CAN6 module features six channels of CAN bus interface utilizing NXP SJA1000 CAN controllers, with each channel’s transceiver individually isolated up to 5000Vrms. Supporting the CAN 2.0B protocol, the device accommodates both 11-bit and 29-bit identifiers and includes PeliCAN Mode extensions. Compliant with ISO11898 standards, the board offers transfer bit rates up to 1 Mbit/s and provides each channel with a logic-selectable 120 Ohm termination resistor.
