The PMC-DAC15 module features 15 channels of current source output digital-to-analog converters (DACs) with selectable output ranges (300mA, 200mA, 100mA, 50mA, 25mA, 12.5mA, 6.25mA and 3.125mA), precision reference, and a high voltage multiplexer (MUX) for surveying channel output voltages and currents. Each output draws current from a separate dedicated positive supply pin accepting voltages of 2.85V to 33V external or default 12V internal, optimizing power dissipation and headroom for various loads. Internal 12Ω switches allow any output pin to connect to an optional negative V– supply voltage -12V and sink up to 80mA.
