The ATC-JTS64 delivers the full performance of NVIDIA’s 275 TOPS AI processing engine to the VITA 93 QMC ecosystem for the first time, enabling system architects to combine Jetson’s world-class AI  inference and vision capabilities with the modular, field-proven QMC mezzanine expansion architecture trusted by security integrators worldwide. Product Overview

The ATC-JTS64 is a full-featured system comprised of the NVIDIA Jetson AGX Orin™ Industrial system-on-module and I/O Expansion with VITA 93.0 QMC. It supports up to four QMC mezzanine modules simultaneously through an on-board high-speed interface, enabling a rich and scalable I/O expansion ecosystem. The system integrates 10GbE Ethernet, quad-port Gigabit Ethernet, USB 3.2, and dual hot-removable M.2 NVMe SSD bays — all engineered for extreme reliability and field serviceability.

Application Summary

The ATC-JTS64 provides a full-featured intelligence hub for autonomous systems, automated situational analysis platforms , mission computers, and AI-enabled edge nodes. This Industrial Version provides front-panel access to all features and interfaces of the NVIDIA® Jetson AGX Orin™ Industrial system-on-module and I/O Expansion based upon VITA 93.0 QMC modules.

It can be used out-of-the-box for industrial applications once configured with the necessary expansion I/O — all interfaces are available on the front panel.

For applications, the ATC-JTS64 accelerates development by allowing engineers to design, test, and prototype directly on the Industrial Version before transitioning to the final industrial grade Configuration. The logic transports seamlessly from the Industrial Version (ATC-JTS64) to the Rugged Configuration — same internal hardware, same logic — in a rugged enclosure with connectors and cabling as required. Alphi Technology will work directly with the customer to define all interface connectors and cables.

This straightforward transition eliminates engineering delays associated with defining interfaces, sourcing connectors, and designing custom enclosures — enabling engineering teams to prove deployed concepts faster and get directly to logic development on an out-of-the-box system.

Availability & Ordering

The ATC-JTS64 is available now for evaluation and program qualification. Engineering samples, production units, and custom configurations are available through Alphi Technology’s standard ordering channels. Alphi’s in-house engineering team provides full design support, custom I/O configurations, and BSP bring-up services.
